How to utilize Collaboration Feed

For smooth communications between team members ProcurementFlow's Collaboration Feed will help you sort out your communication issues.

1. Collaboration feed is present on every cards on ProcurementFlow. You just need to click on Collaboration Feed.



2. There you can monitor the progress on the card. Also, you can Tag supplier, Mention Teammate, and Add files. When finished click Post Update.



3. Tagging supplier for internal SRM is beneficial for you to track supplier's performance.



4. Collaboration Feed allow you to have smooth communication between you and your teammates. Just click on @Mention Teammate.



5. You can add files to the Collaboration Feed to convey necessary documents to your teammates and internal stakeholders.



On main Kanban Board there is also a Collaboration Feed for you to track what's going on currently within your group.
